In view of the immaturity of the domestic health management ecology and the difficulty of meeting diversified health needs, in order to create a closed-loop ecology of "prevention + treatment + rehabilitation", multi-party cooperation and resource exchange are urgently needed. With its extensive user reach capabilities and accurate big data analysis capabilities, the e-commerce platform provides a personalized, efficient and convenient service model for health management, showing huge market potential. This study focuses on the application status of e-commerce in the field of health management, covering drug purchase, electronic prescription, medical device leasing and purchase, online health consultation, personalized health management, and "medical + health" one-stop service, and finds that with the in-depth development of these innovative applications, issues such as data security, interest coordination, service quality, legal compliance, and market competition are becoming increasingly prominent. Accordingly, this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to guide e-commerce to play a greater role in the field of health management, meet the diversified and personalized health needs of users, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
